Can I return a product for a refund?

Absolutely! At Loopyseeds, we guarantee to refund any item you’re not totally happy with. Just give us a heads-up before sending anything back. Remember, returned goods are your responsibility until they reach us, so use a recorded delivery service. We can’t be held responsible for returns lost in shipping.

Goods must be:

  1. Returned within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Unused and in their original packaging.
  3. Accompanied by your name, order number, and return authorization.

How can I exchange a product for another?

Want to swap something out? No problem! Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and the details of the item(s) you’d like as a replacement.

Please note: Goods for exchange must be unused and in their original packaging. We’ll charge our normal delivery rate to send you the exchanged goods.

What happens if my seeds are missing or damaged?

Oh no! If your seeds are missing or damaged, we’ll reimburse your seeds. We can send them with your next order or give you in-store credit. Just send us clear pictures as proof to contact@loopyseeds.com. If you want the seeds sent separately, we’ll charge a shipping and handling fee.

Please note: Unregistered customers will need to create an account to receive loyalty points. Send proof of the missing seeds through our support desk.

Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to shop with peace of mind. We guarantee to refund any item you’re not totally happy with if returned in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy. Make sure your delivery address is correct and complete before submitting your order. If your order isn’t returned to our office, we can’t take responsibility and won’t be able to re-send it free of charge.

Returns

We’re happy to assist with any queries about your order within 90 days from the date it was sent. If you want to return purchased products for any reason, contact us first by phone or email to confirm your return within 14 days of receiving your order. Any goods sent back without prior consent from Loopyseeds will be sent back at your cost.

Returned goods must be new, unused, and in their original packaging. All returns are your responsibility until they reach us. Send returns with a signature required, as we won’t be responsible for returns lost in shipping.

Damaged / Faulty Goods

If an item is faulty or damaged, you can send it back for a replacement or refund. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and return the goods as per our returns policy above. We’ll refund any postage costs incurred when returning items. We recommend using an insured delivery method, but we won’t accept extra charges for guaranteed next-day services or other courier services. Your replacement goods will be shipped (or your payment refunded) within 14 days of receiving your return.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange your item(s) for different products in our store, contact us first within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned goods must be new, unused, and in their original packaging. Detail which item(s) you’d like as a replacement.

We’ll charge your card for the cost of sending these replacements, as well as any extra balance your updated order may incur. If you paid with an alternative method, you’ll need to cover any extra cost before the replacement goods are shipped. If the replacement goods cost less than your returned goods, you’ll be refunded the difference, minus the shipping costs.

Refunds

We’ll refund the cost of returned goods. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We don’t refund the cost of returning products, except for faulty or damaged products. Refunds will be made by crediting your card or by check, depending on the payment method used. Refunds will be made within 14 days of receiving your return.
